After planting deep roots in the Julian Alps, we’re excited to announce our next big step: Benuga Tourism is opening Pomurje region—a place full of warmth, history, and charm that we can’t wait to share with the world.

Why Pomurje?

Prekmurje, hart of Pomurje region is the birth place of our Ines. As she is very proud of her roots and she would like to show her place to the others, we decided to presen one of Slovenia’s most soulful regions. With its rolling vineyards, thermal springs, peaceful rivers, and rich cultural heritage, it offers a slower, more intentional kind of travel—exactly the kind of experience we love to create.

It’s a place where stories live, every bite of food is tasteful. And just like in the Julian Alps, we’re not coming in as outsiders—we’re connecting with locals, collaborating with providers, and building something authentic and grounded in the community.
