The foundations were made, and we treated them with the care they deserved. Every space cleaned, every guest picked up, was a chance to create a moment of trust. But as we listened to our clients, and watched the needs of local hosts and property owners grow, we knew it was time for Benuga to evolve.

Today, Benuga has developed into a full-service property management company, offering not only operational support, but also smart systems that simplify and elevate how properties are run. We’re proud to provide a seamless experience for both hosts and guests—whether that means handling guest communication, coordinating turnovers, or troubleshooting on the fly. We’ve built a property management system designed around the realities of local business: flexible, human-centered, and always responsive. It’s a system that works with you, not around you.

A key part of our growth and one of primary goals has been collaborating with other local providers—from laundry services to specialty vendors and activity providers, as Positive Sport (bike and e-bike rental, bike trips), X-point, Soča Pulse and Top Rafting (water sports as canyoning, rafting, kayaking, etc), zip-line, etc. We got connected and seen from visible tourism providers with high level of hospitality – Nebesa chalets, Hiša Franko, Hotel Hvala, Dobra Vila, which gave us confirmation, that we are doing good job. These partnerships aren’t just practical; they’re personal. We work with people we trust, who share our values and vision. By partnering up, we can offer truly total support fort he guest, while also keeping business local and relationships strong.
