Terms and conditions

CONTRACTOR (BENUGA, drive, service and tourism Peter Benedejčič S.p.) provides services with the vihacles under the laws and conditions, given from the slovenian country. Accordingly to this laws,company provides terms and conditions, which are used in all the services, that company offers.

Contractor does not drive children under 18 y.o., without any confirmation of the parents, or supervision o fan adult relative. Contractor does not make the transfers for animals. SUBSCRIBER is any client under the contract and is ordering the drive. Is the person, who pays for the services, except, there are not any other agreement made before service is provided. Contractor is not obligated to preform the service for people, who are not accepting the terms and conditions.

Reservation is being confirmed, when subscriber gets confirmation via e-mail or text message. The reservation, whch are confirmed with the message are accepted, any additional service has to be confirmed from both sides, contractor and subscriber. In confirmation of the reservation, there are information about the subscriber, number of the guests, date and hour, starting and finnishing spot and final price. Unconfirmed reservation is not obligated for contractor.

Payment of the service has to be made in cash payment, directly at the ending point of the drive, or with bank transfer to the BENUGA transactional account.

Possible are individual changes for the contractional subscribers, who order the services for their clients. The confirmation of the reservation is written confirmation via e-mail or text message. The information of the drive stays same. Contractional subscribers are alowed to do the payment in 14 days or up to the date, listed on the payment invoice.

We reserve the right to a refund of the purchase price.

In the case of changing service last minute or its cancelation of the service last minute, contractor can charge up to 70% of the original price. In case of changes during the service, contractor is able to changeng the price according to additional costs. Contractor is obligated to refund the service costs in case, that mistake, problem, etc. Was found to be made from the contractor’s side.

Start of the service is the point when reservation is confirmed and subscriber gets a spot in the vehicle. The drive is being made in sistem garage-garage, from starting to ending point, except the agreed changes.

Interuption of the drive is the stop, between starting and ending point, where all participians have 10 minutes (up to 250 km) and 20 minutes (more than 250 km) pause. In stops, which can be longer, both sides have to agree. If the stops are longer and demanded/ confirmed from the subscriber, the company is not responsible for the delay to the ending spot.

The finnish point of the service is done, when all the subsribers leave the vehicle on the ending point, destination. Sistem garage – garage. On the final destination, the payment has to be provided.

Vehicle failure obligates the contractor to get other service on company’s costs. When that is not possiblewithin 6 hours, from the failure point, contractor is obligated to refund the service costs.

Vehicle failure and events which are not in contractors responsibility are not base for compensation.

All vehicles are properly inspected and are in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia, accident insurance for passengers is included in the price of transport. All vehicles also have assisted insurance.

The additional duties of the driver of the vehicle impose an obligation to act in the sense of good stewardship in relation to both the vehicle and the passengers. In the event of dangerous behavior of passengers, which by doing so may cause damage to the vehicle or himself and others and cause bodily injury, the driver is obliged to stop driving and ensure the safety of other passengers and the vehicle before continuing to drive.

The client is entitled to 1 piece of hand luggage 8 kg (dimensions 55 x 40 x 20 cm) and 1 piece of personal luggage (up to 20 kg). With additional announcement / reservation and extra charge, additional luggage, sports equipment, bicycles, ski equipment, windsurfing, etc.

Dangerous substances and objects such as: radioactive substances, explosives, flammable liquids, gas cylinders with butane or propane, weapons, knives, poisons, corrosive substances, acids, magnets, infectious substances: viruses and bacteria, drugs are not allowed in the van.

The driver is not responsible for personal belongings lost or forgotten in the vehicle.

Driver can cancel the drive, in cases, that there are situation, which can not be predicted or changed. The cancelation of the drive should be informed to the consumer.

Consumer is obigatored to cancel the transfer before drive via e-mail or phone call. The cost of cancelation is messured in 40% of total amount.

Tearms and conditions are made in accordance with consumer protection act. In case of missunderstanding or lack of information, the act of consumer protection can be used.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.00-18.00,; Saturday: 08.00—14.00, Sunday, holidays: Closed (Individual agreements).

Prices are made upon the informative agreement and it is conected with work conditions/ owner wishes.

After the working location, indidual offer is made and it is personalised to the subscriber. The prices and caluclations are made 1-2 a month. The prices can be changed , due to change of work, location, equipment prices, special wishes of the owners, etc. The prices are valued in Slovenia.

Late payments or unpayd amounts can be charged with additional interests connected to law.

Work is confirmed with agreed offer or answer on the e-mail, or in any other written confirmation. Buyer has to accept the offer, before work is started.

Reservations of the termins are made upon the agreement with contacting person.

Offer is made upon previous inquiry.

After the contrat is finnished, it can be extended with the added changes and prices, after the signment of both parties.

If there is not written different, offer is value for 14 days, after that, the offer is not valid anymore.

The prices are made on current situation and can be chaged after the contract is finnished.

Prices are in EUR and DO NOT include tax.

Photos for promotion can be simbolical and maybe do not include current situation.

For fullfiling the order, the writen inquiry has to be confirmed with both parties, the payment can be then made sirectly or can be transacted to bank account. Organisation keeps the evidences of hour povided and work made at the requested locations.

100% payment have to be made in 14 days after the date, the invoice is issued, except for the contracts, which have different terms and coditions.

INVOICES are made on premade offer,which was accepted with both sides. Invoices are made with the prices, wich are described in offer. All the invoices are given to customer v9a e-mail, or hand given, with one copy handed to customer, other is saved in BENUGA, Peter Benedejčič S.p., company.

Consumer is able to cancel the offer, after the service is being made, there is no possibility to cancel the contract.

Given information will be for internal use and will not be given to third person or other company.

Every buisenss partner and consumer gets ”Terms and condition” in written form. There are condition written on our website www.benuga.si. Since the terms and conditions are well known, we do not accept the state of not knowing general terms and conditions.

In case of inconviniences and fights, company will try to do everything to solve problems with minimal negative impact. In any other case, the court, which is closest to company BENUGA, Peter Benedejčič S.p. will help to arrange the problems.
